Abigail “Abbie” Hofstrand MSN, APRN, CPNP, IBCLC, is a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in neonatal and cardiac care. She earned her BSN from Penn State University and her MSN from Columbia University where she trained in the first dedicated Cardiac NICU at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital.

Her clinical background spans Level III and Level IV NICUs across New York City including Columbia, NYU Langone, and The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Abbie’s expertise includes congenital heart disease, neonatal stabilization, ECMO, complex feeding support, and high risk infant home monitoring. She has also served as an NP preceptor, charge nurse, and educator.

Now practicing in fetal congenital cardiology in Central Florida, Abbie bridges prenatal counseling, newborn cardiac care, and home monitoring for high risk infants. After years of seeing clinicians lose valuable time searching for accurate numbers, hand calculating values, and rechecking math she set out to create tools that make neonatal and cardiac care safer faster and easier.

Abbie has always believed medical tools should work as beautifully as they function which is why she blends clinical precision with clean thoughtful design in every project.
